I'm currently trying to manage my anxiety levels; I'm somewhat exhausted trying to juggle parenting and working from home.
Do you have any tips or things you do when anxiety starts creeping up, or when the spoon-supply is suddenly smaller than expected?
I don't expect anything I personally can use (spare time is very limited for me, right now), but the solidarity inherent in talking about coping strategies might help me :)
